Here are the options I can imagine (in order of complexity):
1. Try reversing all the envelopes (pitch, filter, amp) for all the ELEMENTS. Your goal is to get a mirrored of every original envelope. For piano sound, usually there’s higher harmonic content at the ATTACK time and this may be present on the very same WAVEFORM. You can try to simulate this by applying deep cutoff on ATTACK and set deep resonance on the DECAY 2 envelope.
2. If you have hard time reversing the envelopes and you still don’t get the result you’re after, try using custom (user) Common LFO and set it to ONE SHOT mode. This way, you can have a better looking Envelope, but this one must be shared between all the ELEMENTS.
3. Your last resort is to reverse the very same SAMPLES on every KEYBANK of the WAVEFORM. To do so, you may need to resample the Motif XF unless you use the S700 samples (found on Inspiration in a Flash free content) and then use the JOB to COPY FROM FLASH MEMORY. Once you have this on the INTEGRATED SAMPLING, you can edit each sample to play in reverse mode. Even with this approach, you’ll need to carefully configure the envelopes, but this time this may be easier.
