Ron, Took it into the studio. The mix is not too far off IMHO. I closed my eyes and imagined myself sitting in my favorite live performance venue. Not knowing what you were trying to achieve makes it a bit difficult to provide any meaningful opinion. Based on my personal preferences and what I heard, the lead guitar solos sounded as if they were almost at the back of the stage. You might consider moving it just a little more to the front of the stage. Just for fun, add just a little more reverb to the guitar and see what you think. Please let me know if I have misinterpreted your intent. Thank you for sharing. |

Ron, Although I do write original compositions, I like to take existing compositions and make my own arrangements. One year I posed a challenge to all the mo people to take their favorite Christmas song and do an arrangement in a style that you wouldn’t normally hear for the music.
