Hi guys,

I plan on buying MOX6 in the near future. For a number of reasons it is a more suitable choice for me comparing to Motif XS. However I really like some sounds and performances that are included with motif XS. I read on the forum that using John Melas editor it is possible to convert XS data to MOX data.

Has anyone done that and would anyone be kind enough to share converted data file of the factory XS sounds and performances in MOX format?

The MOX has the same Sound Set (Preset Voices) as the XS. For performances, see the following link (Courtesy: papaphoenix):

I am having trouble understanding what is on the above site - it is difficult for me to translate from French to English.  Is the download an example of Performance Banks 1 and 2 from the XS converted to MOX format?

If so, is XS Performance Bank 3 available in MOX format?

“The Expand Your world” was an extra gift for the Motif XS.

The second image:
Click on image to download the 2 banks performances XS with the MoX format gathered by Midisynth.

This gives you access to the User 2 and User 3 Performances of the Motif XS.
