Hello all, please guide me:
1)
I have forgotten the studio manager stand alone settings in the keyboard as well as the pc. Actually I had XS which I operated with its pc editor, so kindly tell me the midi & other in and out settings in the keyboard and the pc.
2)
How can I clean the keyboard because whenever I touch it, it gets my fingerprints? Is there any specific cloth to clean it?

Thanks.

I can’t help you on #1, sorry.

#2, a dry or slightly damp micro-fibre cloth is good.

Hi G-XF,
Yes, as mentioned. using a clean micro fibre cloth, which are actually dust free.
A very lightly damp cloth will remove those finger prints and other, like normal fine household dust.

Never dry wipe your keys as dust is actually a very fine abrasive and can/will scratch the surface.

I always wash my hands before playing my Motif.
I would never come in the house with dirty hands and head right to my keys. Wash your 10 digits and palms good with soap and water, to remove any excess oils and dirt before I even remove her worthy dust cover.
Much like a surgeon, I actually wash right up to my elbows.

Thanks meatballfulton for posting that link.

Take good care of your Motif’s y’all!!

Chas
