Just before updating my board to the new OS, i wanted to know if there any cosmetic changes within the new OS???

Although you could have asked this in the OS update thread, I’ll take the time to reply:
Yes, the ‘larger XF screen’ now has become a computer monitor as well, and if you choose to, can receive Motif related news from Yamaha, but the screen remains the same multi tones.
Unsure about any future 3-D content.

j/k But with new OS v1.30 you now can change the body color from flat black to rainbow bridge, pearl shine, pulsating neon or my fav. a regular grey green shade, similar to the Motif XS.

Incidentally, the included Readme file will explain how to avoid
the dreaded Blue Screen-O-Death, also the Zebra Striped body color, is only visible, if/when showing you that your horizontal is not alligned with your vertical allignment…
Future colors will include digital camo, skulls and a cool set of various animal print patterns of choice. j/k
