I’m trying to load an audio sample into a drum voice but the memory is full..How do I make more room??I’m trying to delete but don’t know how..The audio is a clip of someone singing acapella and it’s 43.3MB’s..I was gonna add the backing tracks behind it in song/pattern.What is the best way to do this???Thanks in advance..

I don’t know if this matters but I only work within the xs..I don’t use cubase or any other program.

Waveforms can be deleted as follows:
Press [INTEGRATED SAMPLING]
You arrive at the SAMPLE SELECT screen
You can choose a WAVEFORM 0001~1024
You can even select a Sample within the Waveform

Press [JOB]
If you want to delete just a single Sample press [F1] KEYBANK
If you want to delete an entire Waveform press [F2] WAVEFORM

Select DELETE and execute.

Putting music to a sample of a vocal track will be easier if you can reference it to tempo. If there is no tempo, you will find it rather tedious to make your music match the vocal. So your mileage will vary.

Thanks bad mister..I’ll give it a try now..The tempo is a steady 82bpm..Yeah,I found this acapella the other day at this site and it sounds good and I just wanted to add those backing tracks..Also,does it matter that the sample is 43.3MB??

When I go to delete some of them it says “sample protected"I got enough space now..You’ll always be the man..Thanks once again B.M
