You have to take it to an authorized repair center. You can find one by either calling Yamaha or using the SERVICE LOCATOR on the Yamaha.com website.

http://usa.yamaha.com/support/

Here you’ll find all the contact information you need. Find the “SERVICE LOCATOR”, type in your ZIP CODE, and the type of Product (MUSIC PRODUCTION TOOLS), and you will be given the authorized service centers close to your area. You can contact them and describe your woes, and they should be able to tell you the details of the time it will take, etc.

If you are talking about the decorative cap that fits over the rotary potentiometer, yes, that can be ordered separately.
