Hello, while setting up a song mix is it possible to change the assigned snare # from 38 to 40 within the drum kit?  thanks, Harry

On the Motif ES (before you could edit drum kits within a MIX), you have to either Edit the kit in VOICE Mode then STORE and assign the Edited Kit to your MIX or you can use the TRANSPOSE Job

Here’s how:
from the Song screen press the track [1]-[16] containing the DRUM data
Press [JOB]
Press [F2] NOTE
Select TRANSPOSE

Set the Measure region to cover the entire track 001:1:000 ~ 999:1:000
Set the Note Range = D1-D1 (that’s note 38)
Set the TRANSPOSE = +2
This will take all note 38’s in the track and make them 40’s

Press [ENTER] to execute
