...so these will load into the MOX and be permanently found/listed by name in the category search?

MOX library downloads are now working fine. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are not aware of any other problems at the present time but we have recently updated the store engine (in part to include updated USPS shipping options) so if people are experiencing any problems we’d be very grateful to hear of them. Realistically, we can only solve specifics so please give us details of any residual issues and they will be fixed immediately of course.

Thanks!

Thanks for your list of error messages! We’re looking into this. At what point do these appear? You might want to contact directly in case this is an issue with a credit card that you may not wish to have discussed in a forum. We’re on it though.

OK Ladies & Gents… there was a genuine error we found and for which we apologize of course.  However in amongst this thread have been some user / browser issues that we think have now also been resolved internally, so to speak.

As ever, we do try to stay on top of all issues and thanks to everyone for their continued patience and support.

My situation is neither a user or browser issue. I got further than most here, successfully placing and paying for the order. I did not receive a download link immediately that was to last 5 minutes as stated on the KeyFax page. I received an email with a link that allowed me to use it once but it only linked to an image and no files. It was dead when I tried it again stating “expired.” I did not receive a link lasting 72 hours, also stated on KeyFax page. Still waiting for a response from that email posted above.
