Hi costa5248,
It clearly states:
The archive you are about to download contains an alternative configuration for your Yamaha Motif XS6 synthesizer. You can use the file ONLY if you have the Motif XS hardware.

Well, the XF can load a .X0A file.

I have a feeling this thread was posted by the same person who created
the file listed in the link. Correct?

Here’s my take on this - what is the point of this? Other than the person
just not liking the performances and therefore personally editing them to his tastes - which may not be everyone’s. I also think this person just doesn’t quote understand why the performances are programmed the way they
are.

Keep in mind that loading a .X0A file to the XF will overwrite the user
banks 1-3 with XS sounds, and leave User 4 blank.
