Hi, is there a way to change the tempo at the loops that are on those Dr/Pc samples????

We don’t understand your question. What do you mean by “Dr/Pc” samples?
Are you referring to audio loops in a voice library that you bought from
the Shop?

Please explain in more detail.

yes it is audio loops in a voice library. Itis Loop kit 90 and 126bpm from Dance XS sample bank.presets 127and 128.
