Anybody hear about the release dates for Europe/US?  The price seems high:  MOX 6 £1051, MOX 8 £1576.  Translated to dollars is $1713 and $2571… we all know that cannot be correct.  MSRP maybe.  Wonder what they will street for.

I’d love to know: Will it import my Motif XS .ALL file and retain… you know.... EVERYTHING?

Do we have a release date yet?

I would also like to know what it will import.  I’d be happy with just the ability to import ES/XS voices.  :)

I’m looking at their site now.  The MOX6 is $1199 and the MOX8 is $1699.

I paid £899 for my MOX6 from Andertons.co.uk and stock is due in on the 1st May.

I think at list price the MOX is overpriced but at £899 for the MOX6 it just about hits the right spot. The MOX8 on the other hand I think is not good value for money. Your paying a heck of a lot just for the extra keys!

Did you just forget to notice the greatest difference between the two - their action?

That in no way is worth another £450!

An 88-key instrument with good weighted keys and Motif XS sounds that weighs only 32 lbs. - that’s worth a lot to us old gigging musicians…
