Hello guys and girls.I copied 3 wav files to my smart media card and put the card in the Cs6x.But i dont know how to choose a wav file from the card and how to insert it on an intialized phrase clip. Can you please tell me the way it is done? I have the manual but the manual is pretty bad,it doesnt say anything about this.Is there anyone to make a tutorial on how to build a clip or a voice by loading wav files from the memory card?

According to the manual p.174 you select:

CARD mode -> Load -> WAV

When you do this, what happens on the screen? It should present you with an option to store to one or more Phrase Clips.

The CS6x can only load 44.1KHz WAV/AIFF in 8, 12 or 16 bit formats (mono or stereo; stereo is converted to 2 clips). If you have files in other formats (like 24 bit) they won’t load.

Meatballfulton, thanks for the reply.I finally did it.Now i wonder if i can make a voice to play just like a bass voice, with the phrase clip method.I mean to upload a sample of a bass sound for example and then to load this sample on all the range of the keyboard and to play it as i would for any preset bass voice.
