Why are XF6 and XF7 having the same type of keys(FSX)? Which is the only difference between the two for an extra amount of $400/€400. XF7 should have semi balanced hammer keys like Korg M50-73 so that if one cannot afford 88 balanced hammer keys(XF8), he can have semi balanced hammer keys(XF7) as an alternative. The only difference between XF6 and XF8 is just the key type for $800/€800. Many that would have gone for XF7 rather chose XF6 instead and ignored the extra 15 keys on XF7 for $400/€400. The case was better in XS8, at least the firewire was intresting and attractive. It also cut the difference between XS7 and XS8 to just $100/€100 if firewire’s cost is removed instead of the 400 in XF. Many like to have balanced hammer keys or something close(semi) but they can’t go for it just because of the price. it is worst in XF7. How can additional 15 FSX keys be sold for $/€400 this is not worth it I must confess. Yamaha has to look for something to give to us that have XF8 as gratis please.
