Hello,
I followed the logic 9 setup “to the letter” as recommended and am now beginning to get my head around it.  Should be very helpful once I get it down.  However,when I click the external midi track icon, I get the pop up of the environment choices, which then quickly disappears.  Where does it go?  How can I select from the banks if it does not stay on the screen?

1) Quit Logic then-
2) In the Finder, go to ~/Library/Preferences. (Note: The tilde (~) represents your Home folder).
3) Trash ‘com.apple.logic.pro.plist’… in addition, trash ‘com.apple.logic.pro.cs’

Thanks for the advice.  Perhaps I did not do something right, but I am not finding these “links” in my home folder.

The ‘Home’ folder has an icon that looks like a house. Go to the ‘Library’ Folder, then the ‘Preferences’ Folder. It’s pretty straight forward…
