i have in my rig the 2-610 tube Preamp and the 710 Twin-Finity i’m using both in almost any recording session and they work like a charm on any instrument you can imagine!

sorry, i’m a big UA freak, i think the UAD cards are a
“must have”, i have one DUO and one QUAD installed on my computer and i hardly use any other vst plugins since i got them
i also use the PowerCore FireWire but mostly for final shaping and less during mixing.

i hope i’ll have the money until the end of september so i can buy the LA-610 MkII and get me another UAD DUO for free, it is never enough…
