I am a newbie. I have been going around and around here to figure out how to get Audio from the XS 8 into logic studio 9.

I have Motif XS 8, Logic Studio 9, relying only on basic mLan and the proper cable. No interface.

Both these tutorials have links which are now broken:

Please help. I need a tutorial I can understand from beginning to end.

Perhaps, since you have Logic 9, you should be downloading the Logic 9 tutorial. And, if it is hard to understand… that was my best effort. If there is a specific question, post it and maybe someone here can clarify…

Thank you motif8mine! I skimmed the logic 9 tutorial once. And thought, since it didnt include links in the beginning to Bad_Mister’s quick set up guides, like in the logic 8 tutorials, it was missing something. I just over complicated things.

I understand it’s the right one I should be following, now. Shall follow it!
