You ain’t kiddin! Pretty goofy when he talks, but he’s a SMOKIN player. Holy cow. New Piano sounds good, sounds like there’s a new guitar which is surprisingly passable for a hot rhythm sound. I noticed there were no power chords(Which are hard to make authentic on keys), but rather a riff. Still an improvement. Tenor Sax sounds like an improved Tenor Express from the Expansion set for the XS. Soprano sax is nice, but not my bag. The trumpet shakes were kinda disappointing for me. The shake is so fast, it almost sounds like an LFO kicking in. Hopefully there’s a slower one too. I guess there’s a new clav he’s showcasing? I’d have to play it, cause I thought the XS one sounded pretty good! |
