What if all this extra ROM comes as sounds from ‘Xspand yo world’ and maybe that piano sound?That would explain why it is still a Motif X.I really hope that’s not the case and that Xs owners can download all the XF sounds as well as updates like tap tempo etc

You can see clearly the “Product Category” thumbnail photo has Motif “XF” picture.

according to that picture again no tuch screen :(

I want my custom screen theme from FX to My XS!!!!!!!, the only think what thay should do is to meke enthernet work on vista or make editor and with it i can trunsfer my castom csreen theme to my xs by usb

There are a lot of details, demos, movies and information about our new product that will be revealed here on Motifator and also on yamahasynth.com on Sunday, August 1st at 9 PM Pacific Standard Time. 

That’s Monday, August 2nd at 1 PM in Japan.

Anyway, we plan on being on the forum on Sunday night to answer questions and discuss with everyone new features and new possibilities.  So if everyone can wait until then, we will be able to answer a lot of the questions that have been raised in the past few days here because of only partial information being available.

I hope you are right. I will believe it when I see it. All function for the XS Hahaha! Still in simples for the XS with 2GB fast load time expansion simples board. Ok we will see.

But i think it doesn not change thing for u because u are XS owner, so i guees next what u will do complain that instid of update for Xs thay have relized a new board wich has new futures wich could be solved with an update of the carrent Motif xs....

Dudes, the unlabeled image in the rotation is nothing other than the Yamaha Tyros3, I’ve double checked the the image list.

I bought my new XS8 just 2 months ago.
Hopefully I won’t get hopping mad.

How soon after the announcement will the new Motif be for sale?

If you tell me this I’ll tell everybody to sell their ES and XS keyboards and buy the shiny new Motif XF because it’s gonna be worth it.

Better not jack the price up on the unit tho because that could turn people off altogether.

This shows commitment to the customer. Bravo! Looking forward to it.

Obviously, you didn’t see the Motif XF pic.

It’s there, just below the rotation gallery. In “Product category - Professional Synthesizers, Workstations & Tone Modules” you can clearly see a centered Motif XF photo.
