I’m so tired of there not being enough support, sounds, downloads, tutorials, etc. for the Motif Rack XS. Yes that’s what it’s called, not the Motif XS.

There isn’t much explicit information on what is compatible and what isn’t with the RACK. So if you bought one like I did, you feel like somebody kicked you in the teeth real hard and you’re a second class citizen. That is only one of the many reasons I really get deeply depressed and classify my purchase of the XS Rack
as one of the WORST DECISIONS I EVER MADE IN MY LIFE (THAT INCLUDES THE MLAN16E2). I won’t go into all the reasons why this
purchase cost me dearly and set my music back many many months. It not sits in my studio and hardly ever gets used, because it is such a pain in the A__ to use it properly. I even bought an entire computer system specifically built to accommodate Cubase’s vast instability, hopefully to avoid latency etc. Didn’t matter. I am able to get more done with cheap $400 synths and cheap multitrack untis under 399 than with the rack and cubase.
I’ve been described by many people as one of the most upbeat, positive, open minded person they’ve met, and yet this piece of gear really brings me to depths of depression that is totally foreign to me. I just have to dismiss it from my mind. That is until I get an email from here and return with some hope, only to have that dashed with XS rack dismissal. There isn’t even an XS rack in the main menu and it just goes downhill from there.
