can i load the wav files from fruity loops into my motif xs7?

You can load .wav files that are 16-bit and sampled at 44.1kHz, 22.05kHz, 11.025kHz or 5.5125kHz - it does not matter where they come from… provided, of course, you add DIMMs as outlined in your Owner’s Manual on page 295

when i load a wav file and press a key i only hear a click

You’ll have to give us a few more details about how you are attempting to load the wav data.

i save a wav file from fruity loops on a usb stick and load the file in my motif xs 7 it is a supported sound file says fruity loops wav,aif,aiif,etc etc it is 39kb to little?  i load it in 1 second in my motif,normally is a wav file bigger and it takes then 5,6,7 or more seconds!  maybe i do something wrong?

39kb could sound like a click. It is very short, a snare hit or quick kick drum.

When I asked how you loaded it. I meant what buttons did you press on your Motif XS? What mode are you in, etc. but since you say it is only 39kb go to [INTEGRATED SAMPLING] > EDIT and make sure you are getting the attack.
