For a very technical guy, you should know, to list what version of what driver you are using. And what computer operating system you are using on what type of computer. This is very important information for anyone attempting to help you. Pick a computer (”pc mac orwindows”) is confusing - I don’t know what you mean. Also at one point you say ”cakewalk logic mac os and cubase” let’s pick one and get it working. OK? At least let’s work on one-at-a-time. OK? |

Connection Manager? That very much sounds like you are not using the Yamaha Steinberg FW driver 1.5.1 - This does not include a “Connection Manager”. The Connection Manager was for the old mLAN TOOLS Driver 1.2.0. Are you also running an 01x, i88X, Motif ES/S90 ES with an mLAN16E, an 0-series or DM-series mixer with MY16-mLAN...? if not, forget about the Connection Manager and work with the Yamaha Steinberg FW Driver version 1.5.1 which you say you have downloaded and installed.
Go to the CONNECTION MANAGER icon and select OFF!!!
Motif XS and YSFW Driver Setup Mac Although it shows the setup specifically for Cubase, you can find very helpful information for setting up with Logic 8 and Logic 9 posted by a fellow Motifator user (motif8mine) in the LOGIC forum heading here on motifator.com |
