This has probably been asked before but searching did not give me an answer.
Is it possible to turn the Arppegiator on and off in performance mode with a foot controller? I do not mean switching between arps.
This feature would be most useful during a live performance as sometimes the hands are just not quick enough.

Plug an FC4 or FC5 momentary pedal into the Assignable Foot Switch jack of the Motif XS.

You can program the Foot Switch for VOICE mode as follows:
From VOICE mode press [UTILITY]
Press [F3] VOICE
Press [SF3] CONTROL
Set the Foot Switch Control No. = 096 ARP SWITCH
Press [STORE] to lock in your UTILITY setting.

you can program the Foot Switch for PERFORMANCE or SONG/PATTERN MIXING setup as follows:
From the PERFORMANCE mode or MIXING mode
Press [EDIT]
Press [COMMON EDIT]
Press [F3] CTRL ASGN
Set the Foot Switch Control No. = 096 ARP SWITCH
Press [STORE] to store this to the current program.
