I have a Motif ES6 and I recently got a PLG-150 VH board to try out vocoding. How should I set it up so I can get it to work? Thanks |

You didn’t get the manual with it? They describe the basics of programming the card. It’s very poor written, but it is a start. I have an ES8 with this board, but never got far with it. It’s not really a vocoder, but more a board to create harmonics. If you’re looking for robotic voices, don’t even try to program it. Buy a XS instead :) Justin |

We are sure you mean a PLG100-VH, which is the Vocal Harmony board (all 150-series boards are synthesizers) the VH board is an effect processor.
Perhaps this will help:
Before loading the example setups - make sure you make a backup of any data you have in your Motif ES as this will ensure you can restore your work after you try out the examples. Hope that helps. File Attachments
