Everyone understands what you are talking about except you!! Yet another thread where you’ll get answers and refuse to listen. And soon you will have 15 threads started and still won’t be able to do what you want because you refuse to listen to the advice and do what well meaning people tell you to try. Why continue to waste everyone’s time if you aren’t going to follow advice??

True, by starting a new thread, no one will want to help you - the fear is going over information already covered. Also those helping will not have the history of what has already been tried. So you have less and less likelihood of success.

What you are not understanding (based on information in this thread) - if you have the VST routing correct (and we have to assume you do), this does not record the audio. It only lets you *monitor* what would be recorded if you actually create (or render) the audio.

To do so go to FILE > EXPORT > AUDIO MIXDOWN…

(if you want to look this up in Cubases documentation - search for EXPORT AUDIO MIXDOWN for all the details)

Setup the dialog box that appears:
Give the FILE a NAME
Use the Project Folder
AUDIO OUTPUT ENGINE = STEREO OUT
Set the SAMPLE RATE and BIT DEPTH RESOLUTION = 44.1kHz/ 16-bit (if you eventually are making a CD)
IMPORT INTO PROJECT > POOL and TRACK
You are going to transfer the returning audio to a stereo audio TRACK. Cubase will inform you that since you are rendering audio from hardware it will take place in real time.
Click EXPORT

Once completed you will have your audio file.  Hope that helps - if not - it is probably because you started a new thread and we don’t know how much you’ve tried already. Good luck.

ok i won’t make any more threads sorry for those who tried to help me out, and thanks

i did what you said
i had went to audio mix down and exported the file 100’s of times
and now it works now, but i would like to get an understanding of why it didn’t work before, i didn’t fix no settings

could it of been the motif editor vst because it’s been acting really differently

and another thing the synth voices sound as if it has bad frequency do you know why it sounds like that? can that be fixed?

thanks

No charge - it’s my pleasure.

PS Might I venture to suggest a little more reading of the manual and perhaps a tad less of the practice implicit in your forum name?

:))_

PPS Forgive my ignorance of American jurisprudence but in which particular state is the use of capital letters a capital offense?

Gongratulations, you found all the mistypes and grammar errors.

Now, let us know how many languages you can speak and write?
