I’m trying to create my own original arp. and I’m following the instructions according to the book. What I’m getting for a result is not what I created. It seems that it’s playing back notes that are in totally different octave range than what I have inputted. Also, everytime I try to edit the arp. the settings have changed to something else, I had set it to “original notes” and now it changed to “normal” . Can someone help? Thanks |

Creating your own arps is definitely diving into the deep end of the pool. Don’t know where to begin helping you as we don’t have any idea on what you are trying to create. Without details it is like asking how do I write a song… |

You will have to give a little more information. What type of Arp? It is different between instruments ie, Drum Arps are different from Guitar Arps. Post back and tell us just what it is you are trying to do. |

I guess it does become a complicated area, I think it’s simply because my note range was to wide in the arp, so the keyboard was triggering all these low notes, I’ll try to keep things simple from now on. Thanks for the help. |

install the tools cd and use the mixer console and it has a section for arp fine tuning but you have to have the midi driver installed first and go to setup and select all 4 yamaha port to communicate with mixer editor |
