I created a pretty good song last night using my Motif Rack es and Sonar 8 producer edition. The project is in midi format and I’d like to convert my project to audio(wav or mp3)so I can burn it to CD. I’m using the M-audio firewire 410 soundcard and I read the manuals but it’s just not clear. Could someone please explain a simple way of doing this? Thank You Doc |

Ok, I found out the answer to my question. If anyone else has this problem. This should help you. Just create a Audio track, highlight the section of the song you would like to record to audio. Arm your audio track to record the same way you would record vocals ect… You should try to record it at the hight level without clipping the audio. To play it back, Just hit play but make sure before you play it, be sure to mute all of your midi tracks first. You don’t want the same project playing twice. last step, just convert it to a wav, mp3 ect the same way you would with any other project. |
