Greetings Everyone

I am hoping that someone can help me.

I recently bought a Motif-rack ES and have it MIDI to a M-Audio Keystation 88ES.

I have read a lot about how the Motif can be connected via USB to my computer.  Can someone help me with the sequence of connection to the computer via USB and how do I get the sound to go out to my PA system?

Here is what I have as far as equipment.

PC running Windows XP
Motif Rack ES
M-Audio Keystation 88ES
Cubase
Yamaha Motif Software
PA System

Thank you

It is not clear what you are not getting.

You do need however the Yamaha USB-MIDI Driver version 2.2.3-2
Here is a link to the Motif-Rack ES Driver page

Download it to your computer, unzip the data to your Desktop, and follow the step-by-step INSTALLATION GUIDE for WINDOWS XP.

You will need to direct the installation to the Folder - please do not assume you know how it will install, follow the instructions for Windows XP.

Set the Motif-Rack ES to MIDI IN/OUT = USB

It will be able to communicate with the computer now and it can act as a MIDI interface for one external device, as well.
