I just got my motif and after demoing a used one, which had no problems, I got a new one out of the box when I decided to purchased.  After bringing it home, I started to notice notes on the Full Grand Piano sounding weird.  Thumping and in the upper registers cutting off.  I also noticed as I record, the damper pedal effects do not record, especially on the upper registers and I have re-booted to factory settings several times.  As I play the voice Grand Piano, the more I play the more goes wrong, before you know it, I’m rebooting to get rid of the thumping and weird cutt offs…

Any ideas?

I just got my motif ...

Could be you are not familiar with how it works yet. Let us know, if after spending a bit more time with it you have not figured out why you are getting ‘weird events’
