Hi,
here’s my setup..

Motif 7 classic midi’d to Motif ES rack
RD-700gx midi’d to Roland xv-5080 rack
currently Rd-700gx midi’d to Motif for performance/songs selection.

question: what would you recommend to be the master in this type of setup and why?

the rd700gx has setups up to 100, but only has quick/favorite setup of 10 per bank. seems really hard to rearrange them when changing set lists every night/week.

the motif classic has master mode with more banks and 16 setups per bank. seems to be the logical choice, but also hard to rearrange setups just like the rd.

and advice would really be appreciated. also i dont mind changing the midi connections if something seems better.
