Is there a way where i can use the sounds from perform mode and use them in either song or pattern mode........? i heard that it is possible but have not figured it out yet....... |

You can copy a performance into a song or pattern mix using the [SONG] (or [PATTERN])-->[JOB]-->[F5] PFCOPY job. (See page page 213 of the Motif Owner’s Manual). This job will copy the specified performance into the first (up to 4) parts of the mix. When you select part 1, all of the layers and/or splits from the performance you copied into the mix will respond to the keyboard. Also any MIDI data recorded and played back to track 1 (via MIDI channel 1) will play the copied performance. Regards, Brad Weber |
