Aneider, yeah you are right. I did use the wrong word. It is the lag of expression in the soprano. Maybe when you use the tone wheel to give some expression to the sound. I know it is very difficult. I agree you should do something on the melody as well. The WX5 should work fine with the VL board. I used the WX7 with it, long time ago (with the MOTIF ES8) and it worked very well, if you use the BC controlled voices. Jan |

Where do you connect a WX-controller to your ES? I only have a connection for the BC on my CS6x and I don´t see any WX-connector on the ES8 in the manual. |

Aneider, I think I used the midi out of the WX7 into the midi IN of the ES8 and selected the BC voices of the VL board. However, I am not 100 percent sure about. Almost I do. Jan |

You´re right, you can connect the WX via midi out to the CS6 or ES8 Midi-in.
