im trying to figure out how to use any custom made voices in voice mode in pattern mode....since there are more effects and options in voice edit when you are in voice mode can you save what you have created so that the same sound (effects, lfo changes, etc...) will show up when you open it in pattern/song mode...any help would be much appreciated...thanks

I think you posted this in the wrong forum; the ES Rack doesn’t have PATTERN and SONG mode.

But, this type of question comes up a lot; on the RACK, the question surrounds MULTI’s, which is the same as SONG mode.

At any rate, the short answer is NO.  The effect block structure is limited in the Multi-Part modes, so you will lose some effects when you use a voice (custom or otherwise) in a Multi-part arrangement.

There are some workarounds; do some searches on keywords like “SONG MODE EFFECTS” in the archives and you’ll probably come across a lot of discussions about this topic.
