Back when i was going to school, we used DP5 and were able to run the midi data from DP5 into a Motif ES and then the ES would play the sound. And then record it onto a seperate audio track on DP5. Anyone know how to do this with Logic? Or what proper setting do i need on the XS? Thanks! - Chris |

What XS do you have? How are you connecting the XS to the Computer- USB or mLAN? If mLAN, read my repost of mLAN tutorial in this forum. If USB, what Audio Interface do you have? And, THIS LINK describes how to record midi via USB. |
