hello,thanks for reply.

I am long-time cubaase user,and now I bought mac,and want to try motif with logic.

I worked inside cubase,for example,I set 16 midi channels,and work with editor INSIDE CUBASE,I am recording midi all the time,not audio,BUT I tweak sound with editor…

Are you suggesting that this is same think,I just run editor outside logic and everything works ? I play midi from logic,but edit motif “outside” of logic?

And please,can someone give me list of drivers that I need to download for mac,because it is very confusing judging just by motifator download area what I need for this.I don’t have mLan

yes, that’s what the editor is for. It talks to the XS at the same time that Logic talks with the XS. You need the Yamaha USB / MIDI Driver…
