The USB connection from a Classic is a host connection.
Such cables should be for sale at any shop.

One caveat - when I first got my Motif some years back now I rushed out and got 5m Belkin cables. They were strange - odd and unexpected behaviour kept going on so I took them back as being faulty. Ultimately despite a couple of changes, I traded down to 3m cables and all was well.

It seems that at more than 3m the Motif and USB cannot manage.
(1m = 3ft, 3in, so a 3m cable is approx 10ft)
