Guys

on the Motif ES7, is there a button that you can press to TRANSPOSE up or down with 1 touch?
i cant find one anywhere

it would be real useful if you can do this?

Unfortunatelly, there is not such a button. On my MIDI keyboard pressing octave buttons simultaneosly works as a transpose, but in Motif you should press Utility button and [SF2] then Jog dial… Huh, I’ll try once to do this when I played along with my friend who playes arranger keyboard and it was difficult.

May be you are confusing with the octave up/down button on the ES6 and ES7.
It’s on the extreme left of the top.

What ever synth you buy, there will always be something that
brand X has better.
It’s unwise to demand from any piece of equipment that it would
have everything all others have.
