This new format has effectively rendered me away from the forum. I cannot even view but the last four topics. Just wanted to share

let’s face it new motifator sucks - even slower then the old one, very unreadable, those all grey gloomy colors are repulsive, navigation is horrible, in firefox many things are misplaced and not working…
so I agree, it’s very unpleasant experience.

i remember old forum to be super slow, i would open few threads at once and walk away to make cup of tea while this one seem quite fast so far.

only issue i had which is now fixed is that there was no way to make login stick.

I too agree that new forum layout and features are worse then before,
it has very unappealing look.

May I redirect you to the “Mo Lounge” rather that Motif XS conference. This topic has been discussed ad infinitum there and most of the above comments have already been expressed there as well..............frank

PS: Re."I cannot even view but the last four topics”, you need to click on the name of the conference (e.g. ”Motif XS”) not just the file folder or whatever you are doing, and you will see numerous posts.

Hey ah, are those two girls in the ‘lesbian’ avatar picture legal age, or are we engaged in kiddie porn here?  Worth a look there Keyfax.

SpongeBob - I couldn’t agree more.

....so not entirely out-of-step with the puerile (if not illegal) avatar you have chosen.

I must confess I had no idea that Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp even knew each other when they were fifteen. How on earth did you get them to wear those awful greasy-hair wigs?

BTW, I think we should all use our sexual orientation as our forum names don’t you ?

Just imagine a topic replete with contributors such as : -

1. GayBloke_likes_agricultural_machiney_(and farmers)
2. Lesbian_but_but_likes_ferrets
3. Treehugger_but_only_male_trees
4. Will_sleep_with_anything_moving
5. Straight_married_and_bored_would-be_Sadist
6. Insecure_adolescent_who_wears_her_sexual_orientation_as_a_badge
7. Ageing_Sybarite_with_penchant_for_beastiality_Polka_bands_and_Mahjong

All completely germane and necessary for a music forum don’t you think? I am uncertaiin how the forum has survived without such essential knowledge!

And before you even begin to accuse me of prejudice (a quality of which I am entirely devoid), let me state for the record that I love women.

Do you think that means I might be a Lesbian trapped in a man’s body?

Regards to all,

B

Hi Delirium,
(funny - I used to say that a lot in the 70’s)

If, (and I stress IF) you are being serious, you have totally misunderstood the point of my post. I believe most profoundly in freedom, tolerance and a general ‘laissez-faire’ attitude to people and life in general.

Bad taste on the other hand is another matter.

If (as I hope is the case), you are being ironic, then I demand to know the age of that robotic fellow in your avatar.

B

PS I think I would be even more upset with your ‘gun to the head’ idea for an avatar.

PPS I can’t be certain about this but stating that “I despise humans” just might not be the best method of displaying the tolerance you accuse us of lacking! :))

It’s child porn and we should demand this be removed!

And Delirium is not being “ironic”, he’s being MORONIC.  He should try to keep his “insightful & comedic” opinions more to himself. God, I would hate to be around someone like that everyday!
