Hi… i just recently bought a Yamaha DTXplorer to use as a MIDI controller for my Motif Rack ES… but the problem started when i realize that the kick and snare are not responding to the right sound. all other pads just played normal but the kick pad and snare pad… also i started cubase and loaded maybe 3-5 VST drums and none of them also works fine with the DTXplorer. i tried user reviews and different forums and realize they have the same problem and so far as far as internet research is concerned there is no known solution coz there is no way that you can change the way the module of DTXplorer is sending the MIDI messages to another device i dont know if this is the right place to post but initially i bought it for my MOTIF RACK ES to record audio track going to the Cubase… and im very very desperate i didn’t look at the reviews until i bought it already. i was expecting it would be perfect since i will use it as a controller anyway but it seems not working out plz help me if somebody has encountered this problem. im sure there is solution for this problem.. plz help me out. thanks! |

You’d have to provide us with some information on what data the DTXplorer brain is sending out via MIDI - as you can certainly change the drum assigned to each KEY in the Rack ES - or you can just post this question in the DTXperience.com Forum |
