Have Motif ES8...and Digital Performer

Just want to specify sounds to the 16 different channels…

Already setup ES in Dig Perform… that is all set…

Now I’d like to assign sounds for each of the 16 channels...so that when I play DP, it will play the sounds I select depending on which track I assign which sound…

Can someone walk me through how to do this the motif es?

I’ve gone through the manual a few times and can’t seem to find out to do this anywhere…

At first, see Owner’s manual pages 148-149 about remote control via MIDI. The easiest and most convinient way is to install Studio Manager and Multi Editor. Than, you should transmit your user voices to Studio Manager (ES should be connected to your computer and USB driver already installed). Finally, you could easily select needed voice for every part and to set up all parameters. If you need more details, you should see Studio Manager manual PDF (it is not so big!).
