update the firmware without any problem, except not read (unfortunately) that all user data would be erased with the update ...

Would anyone please help me get the original preset (User Voices, User Performances, Master, Patter) of the motif xs6?

If you updated from V1.07 or older, make sure to execute the Initial Factory Setting by pressing [UTILITY] -> [JOB] -> [ENTER].
After the Initial Factory Setting is completed, load the data you backed up before this procedure to the MOTIF XS, if necessary.

If you already did the update without saving All user data, that’s lost..

After you installed firmware do what I wrote above to get initial factory and than load your backup into to motif..
