Hi, this is giving me a lot of confusion - surely the XS can do what i want to acheive here… I have 2 seperate user banks saved on a USB key. one is the dance expanded sound pack i purchased from the motifmart and the other is the new sound bank from the free download section. i want to auto load for example: 5 sounds from the dance bank into User1 and then another 5 sounds from the other bank into user2. can this be done and set to autoload? thanks! Ok - after reading an open thread below (on the main list of Motif XS threads) i have discovered how to acheive this… I have an XOA file which has my compiled list of voices from various sample banks. i have now encountered another speed hump: when i choose to autoload this XOA file - i can only select it under “all”. i already have my patterns, and songs on my Motif saved so i dont want to keep wasting boot up time having to reload this particular data. Is there a way i can make the XS load “all Voice” from the XOA file instead of “All”?? bear in mind - when io select “all voice” the XOA file dissapears out of the list… is this a bug or is there something i havent dont correctly? Nick, Simply save an ALL VOICE file (which will include your customized user voice banks) and then setup the XS to autoload that file. Regards, Brad Weber |

You simply need to create an ALL VOICE file (SAVE your own ALL VOICE file)… *.X0V and point the Auto Load routine to it. |
