Nice work, I am looking at the complete package myself but my only query is the quality of the CSX interface. Are we talking home studio or pro?I love Yammy stuff and cubase but I am holding out until I can really hear if the CSX can cut the mustard. In theory it is a kick ass combo.

The Yamaha Pre’s we’re the shocker to me.I purchased the unit mainly for it’s integration with Cubase 4/5 and the xs.I finally got around to comparing the Pre’s vs. one of my favorite units just to check (the unit costs more then mr816csx 2 x with only 2 pre’s),and I was amazed at how good they we’re comparing the two.Yamaha/Steinberg has a unit thats worthy no question.I’m still in awe of how they are selling it for such a low price.
Get you one! OR 2 OR 3 DAISY CHAIN’EM HOG HEAVEN!!
