It will all depend on your connection speed (to the Internet) and the transfer rates you get from the host.

In general terms and theory, 20,000 KB (Kilobytes) is 19.5MB (Megabytes.) Not to be confused with kb (kilobits) or mb (megabits.) There are 8 bits in a byte.

A typical high speed connection might yield 1.5M or 1.5Mbps and this file would roughly take ~1.5 minutes.

If you had a 56kbps connection, you’d get roughly 56,000bps and the same 19.5 MB (20,000,000 bits) file would roughly take 48.5 minutes.

20Mbyte stands for approx. 18 minutes of music when you use 128Kb/sec MP3 recording.

In other words you can add more than 3 times of music comparing with the old mo-song forum.

So, what are we talking about, file size limitations in reference to MoSong, or are we talking about internet connection speeds, in reference to time of up and down load times?
If in deed we now have a new 20mb limit to the size of a song post, then HOT DAMN KEYFAX,,way to go..LOL

oops sorry for cursing hahaha

I have not tried to puload a song YET, so I don’t know what the new, if any limit is to that issue.
