Great that the VST Editor is finally with us

The Steinberg DAW extensions for Motif XS which will work with Cubase 5 were slated for release at the same time - any news on this?

I just found somewhere an answer from Yamaha-Us.

The new Yamaha FW extension driver will be available around March 3rd.

Hi Jan,

Sorry I do not mean the firewire driver but simply the “Extensions for Steinberg DAW” which provide the following: -

â–  Auto setting of Audio Driver
â–  Audio/MIDI Port with device name (for AI Driver/mLAN Driver)
â–  Auto settings of Remote Device
â–  Project templates with Input/Output Bus settings
â–  Song import from MOTIF XS6/7/8

According to Athan’s post, they were to be released yesterday along with the VSTeditor.

Any ideas whether when is happening folks?
