In Cubase AI4, I have UNselected—(Plug-in Editors “always on top") under Preferences>VST>Plug-ins.  However, the XS Rack VST Editor still remains “always on top.” Also, I cannot resize the editor as can be done with the non-VST editor.  Am I overlooking these options somewhere?

You should be able to set the always on top for the plug by right clicking somewhere near the top of the editor.

You can’t resize VST windows unless the plug in has an option for different window sizes.
