KeyFax, may I ask for:

1) as before, an indicator that a sub-forum contains new posts,
so we don’t need to open them all,
2) a link back to the forum head after posting a reply,
3) a location per member (you can force them to fill it out)
so we have an idea on which side of the globe someone lives,
4) the good old login without any extra typing.

I’ve noticed that now when somebody post up a song, and people play in on their computers, the title of the son says “INDEX” WTH is with that Keyfax?

I’m NOT posting new music until this SUPER BUG is fixed, that’s if inded it really is a bug,,mmmmmmmm
Oh, and bring back the expression thingy, I’d like to show how pissed off I am currently, ya know like [mad] and wish it were red as well, to show the degree of anger.

I’m tryna hang in there, hoping these are signs we’re in a transition and not stuck. I think it will take a little more time for everything to shake out.

Personally, I like the new look and I can see where it will be a great improvement. They have to get the Songs area fixed. That’s too big a component. And the smileys and the UBB codes for posters and...and…

So I’m hanging and being patient. ‘Course, that’s easy for me--I’m retired.

I think I’ll go have a nappie.

I posted this in another thread, but there is a “backdoor” way to get access to all of the old threads. Simply go to one the other keyfax sites (01xray, mlancentral, etc.) and specify “?cat=1,2,4” in the url. For example go to: http://www.01xray.com/forums/index.php?Cat=1,2,4 .

You can then access the old posts and even use the old search capabilities on those posts.

And for Jerry (and others) you can access the old Mo’Songs forum at the following url: http://www.01xray.com/forums/postlist.php?Cat=1,2,4&Board=Songs . ;^)

(Unfortunately, the searchable songs database link doesn’t work.)

I didn’t browse this new site very much but I can say that I feel cold.. I mean it is colder… the old motifator was much warmer and cousier. But probably I will get used to it…
or is it because its snowing outside? :)

I have over 200 songs posted, can’t run through them like that.
HOPEFULLY Keyfax can copy that song database, and the ones that were posted in MoRadio, into a NEW SONG DATABSE here at 3.0.

Then, I shall wipe the tears from my eyes, from the threat of losing inspiration of all our songs.

Dang, did I just get sappy on yall or what? LOL

Ah, so this is the next new feature: clicking on a thread takes you to the first post and you then have to scroll all the way down to find that the latest post is in fact on another page. I can’t wait for those really long threads when we’ll have to scroll through sooo many pages to see what’s been written most recently.

This forum just gets more and more user-friendly.
