Are you talking about creating a User Voice, or just using the Voice Edit within Song? Turning AS1 “off” will allow me to have Expression on that or ?? I’ll poke around and see if I can come up with anything.

The AS1 assignment could be edited and stored to either a User Voice or a Mixing Voice. A Mixing Voice is specific to the particular Song/Pattern being worked on - see page 122 of the MOXF Reference Manual, and [F4]CTL SET in particular.

Perhaps an aspect of the MOXF operation (and that of other Motif-family models) isn’t clear. AS1 an be assigned simultaneously to multiple Parameters. Turning AS1 assignment “off” for the Voice should prevent the inclusion/display of “INSB: EfD/W” (for example) that you seem to find distracting.

I see. And that would be the fastest path, in lieu of a Foot Controller, to using Expression WITH a knob. I’ll try it. Thanks.
