I’m trying to trigger samples in a VST program at full note volume velocity instead of the standard velocity sensitive option. Any any to make Motif play at full note volume or is that a switch in the VSTi program itself?

Thanks

I don’t know what options a particular VSTi might have, but it’s certainly possible to cause the XF to output fixed note velocity at maximum level.

From Utility mode…
[F1]General > [SF1]Play
Set Velocity Curve to “fixed”
Set Fixed Velocity to “127”
[STORE] if you want to retain these settings

Of course, anything played on the XF will also do so at the fixed maximum velocity level when the above is done.

Hey thanks! I’m gonna try this!
