..  bought a used MX61 a few months ago .  How can I tell if it’s a Version 1 or Version 2 ..??  anything to look at under Utility .?  Serial number ..?  software version number .?  is there a manufactured date on the chassis somewhere ..??  when did they switch from ver 1 - 2 .?  looking at some of the pdf’s i saw while searching , they were updated around Nov/17 ... ?

thanks for any insight !!  haven’t tried to hook it up to see if it passes usb audio or not ... other keys are hooked up for that stuff .!

The original MX was available only in black, while the V2 can be black, white or blue. If yours is white or blue, it’s therefore V2. If it’s black, check the label - “MX61 BK” is V2.
